My husband and I both just purchased new vehicles at Maplewood Toyota within a month of each other! My husband had a 2007 Focus with nearly 200K miles on it…it was time, so for his birthday we stopped in for a visit. Yee Vue greeted us right away, was respectful, patient and gave us all the time we needed- we decided on a gorgeous 2016 Avalon Limited. Less then a month later i decided my 2008 Escape was looking a little sad in the garage next to that Avalon so we went back to visit Yee ….honestly I knew I wanted a larger SUV for next vehicle but Toyota had never been on my radar before meeting Yee when buying the Avalon. He had me test drive the Highlander, 4Runner (and at my request, the Sequoia). We deiced on a 2016 Toyota 4Runner and he ordered it right up, I got exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier! I’d recommend Yee and Maplewood Toyota to anyone out there without hesitation!
Me and my wife went in to just look at what car to purchase for our next vehicle and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Cha Yang. The gentleman was very thorough and polite. He was an A+ employee with great patience, respectful, and during the showing. Cha never once pressured us to buy a vehicle yet he helped us by educating us and working with what we were thinking about when it came down to budget as well. He was very considerate and then on top of that, he always gave us the first OPTION. The reason I state this is because in the past dealerships, I have never been given the opportunity…it was just, “You like it? want to see if you can qualify? lets go inside and have you fill out some forms and we can get you going.” I was tired of that and I was very glad Cha helped us. I’m sure there are employees onsite that is just as great but Cha, really did blow my mind and eventually we were given time and thoughts and we made a decision and have decided to make a purchase and was very happy with it. I’ve been in sales for over 30 years and I can be pretty critical sales people. Brett was outstanding! There was no pressure, he was friendly and respectful of my wife and me.
