I would like to bring attention to Mabi, who worked closely with me during the purchase of a 2017 Land Cruiser. Mabi’s seasoned demeanor is an asset to your sales team, which is already very good. I sincerely appreciate not being approached by multiple sales people the minute I set foot in the parking lot. I experienced nothing more than a polite “have you been helped?” by the members of your sales team. I was soon introduced to Mabi, by Ann – who called me in response to an internet inquiry I had made on the vehicle I purchased. Ann’s call was early in the morning, short, and to the point. Perfect in every way. Mabi did what lawyers are taught in law school when giving advice… give the client the advice they need, without talking to them like a client – by talking to them like a friend.
Mabi did so perfectly.

Me and my wife went in to just look at what car to purchase for our next vehicle and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Cha Yang. The gentleman was very thorough and polite. He was an A+ employee with great patience, respectful, and during the showing. Cha never once pressured us to buy a vehicle yet he helped us by educating us and working with what we were thinking about when it came down to budget as well. He was very considerate and then on top of that, he always gave us the first OPTION. The reason I state this is because in the past dealerships, I have never been given the opportunity…it was just, “You like it? want to see if you can qualify? lets go inside and have you fill out some forms and we can get you going.” I was tired of that and I was very glad Cha helped us. I’m sure there are employees onsite that is just as great but Cha, really did blow my mind and eventually we were given time and thoughts and we made a decision and have decided to make a purchase and was very happy with it. Thanks again Toyota Maplewood.

At No Time Did I Feel Pressured or Bullied

I’d been looking at the Toyota Prius C model online for about a month. We walked in last week, and looked around at their vehicles in stock. During the wandering, met with an associate (Stephen Redlinger) who showed us different packages, brought down a couple three cars for us to compare side by side, and answered all of our questions. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied into a decision. He was polite, friendly, and approachable. If I ever had to buy another new car, this is exactly the type of sales person I’d like again – he did a great job informing us, guiding us, without bullying us. Thanks, Maplewood Toyota. We went with the 2014 Prius C Four model, fun little car, and absolutely *love* the gas mileage.

I went to Maplewood Toyota looking for a good used car, and although they did not have what I was looking for, the salesman I worked with was amazing! He took in to consideration what I needed and was looking for and was not pushy like some other car dealerships I have visited. He seemed very knowledgeable and was polite while working with me. I would highly recommend working with Peter Ihle!
