I went in to Maplewood Toyota because I knew I was going to trade in my car eventually, but instead worked with Steve Redlinger who listened, (really listened!) to what my concerns were and what I thought were my issues in having to wait. I almost did wait, and almost gave up, but Steve came through in the end through talking to the Finance guys and really looking for options. I’ll admit, I’ve purchased two other vehicles from Maplewood and quickly forgot who my sales person was because they didn’t go the extra 2 or 3 miles like Steve did. I’ll be getting my cars from him from now on.
In August 2014 I came to Maplewood Toyota with my daughter to “look” at cars for her. Scott Peters listened to her and helped set her up with a new Corolla, that she loves!! Today my husband and I came in and Scott took excellent care of us also!! We left with a 2015 Camry and Scott Peters once again listened to us and was able to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Thanks so much Scott, we will be back!!
My experience with Maplewood Toyota, and with Rory Shaffer in particular, was top notch. Rory listened to what I wanted and gave me a range of choices that fit my needs. He was a very friendly and accommodating salesman – he and the rest of the team that helped me displayed courtesy and professionalism of the highest order. Everything about my car selection experience at Maplewood Toyota was awesome. Sales Consultant Rory Shaffer was friendly, professional, very helpful, and actually made the process fun. He listened to what I was looking for, took his time to analyze my needs, and suggested several options accordingly. In the process of initiating a lease, several staff members were involved in different aspects, and all were personable and professional. I highly recommend Maplewood Toyota. I had put off car shopping for a few months, but Rory and everyone there made it easy and very successful. I love my new Prius!! And I look forward to a long term relationship with Maplewood Toyota.
I came into Maplewood Toyota Scion not completely sure what I wanted, but Peter Ihle really steered me into the right direction. Although I did not purchase the Scion TC, I have it kept in mind for next year. He was helpful in finding exactly what I wanted; he listened and understood. Peter cheerfully accepts and says he will wait for my purchase next year. I’m more than humbled to give him an excellent review on his amazing customer service.
Well, I’ll admit I was nervous about getting my first vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised, though, at how effortless it turned out to be! Dealer Peter Ihle did a fantastic, thorough job walking me through all the different scenarios of leasing versus purchasing. He listened to my needs and applied every incentive he could think of, including a discount to me as a Master’s student, to make sure the vehicle fell within my price range. I am so appreciative of his efforts and am proud to be the new leaser of a 2014 Toyota Prius C – habanero orange to boot!

Bought a Rav4 from Jim Miller! He made the whole process very quick and easy. I’m an engineer so I came in knowing what I wanted, and he listened – a rare thing in a car sales person. He matched a price I got through my credit union’s buying service so I didn’t have to drive 50 miles each way to get what I wanted through their quote. No games, no slick approach, just genuine customer-focused service and truly helpful. Would recommend Jim to anyone!
