I’ve purchase many cars during my lifetime and have never had a better buying experience than the one I had at Maplewood Toyota. My salesman (Steve) seemed to be only there to help not to just sell a car. He stayed consistent with this manner over the three months it took for me to decide which model to buy. The entire process with Steve and all the staff I worked with was first rate. I would strongly encourage you to talk to these folks if you are considering a new or used car.

When we first went in to Toyota we left leaving our sales person Stephen Redlinger with a list of our wants and needs in a vehicle, in a few days Steve called saying he had a car with everything we wanted. It was the car for us. He did the shopping and got us a great interest rate. We’ll be back, possibly sooner than you think! It was a good car buying experience.
I recently bought my first car from Maplewood Toyota with the help of Stephen Redlinger! Steve was very helpful at keeping my “must need” list in mind while helping me shop for cars. He also showed me things that went above and beyond my requirements while remaining in my price range. He broke down the numbers for me and laid out exactly what I would be paying for before I had decided to buy the car. When I became unsure if the car was the right decision for me, he reiterated all of the pros of buying this car, as well as the pros of the other cars I had looked at. He also let me think about the decision overnight, but gave me his cell phone number to call anytime if I changed my mind overnight. Buying a car for the first time is very uncomfortable if you don’t know how to do it right, but Steve at Maplewood Toyota was very helpful!

I went in to Maplewood Toyota because I knew I was going to trade in my car eventually, but instead worked with Steve Redlinger who listened, (really listened!) to what my concerns were and what I thought were my issues in having to wait. I almost did wait, and almost gave up, but Steve came through in the end through talking to the Finance guys and really looking for options. I’ll admit, I’ve purchased two other vehicles from Maplewood and quickly forgot who my sales person was because they didn’t go the extra 2 or 3 miles like Steve did. I’ll be getting my cars from him from now on.

I’d been looking at the Toyota Prius C model online for about a month. We walked in last week, and looked around at their vehicles in stock. During the wandering, met with an associate (Stephen Redlinger) who showed us different packages, brought down a couple three cars for us to compare side by side, and answered all of our questions. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied into a decision. He was polite, friendly, and approachable. We went with the 2014 Prius C Four model, fun little car, and absolutely *love* the gas mileage.
Steve Redlinger showed great performance. He helped us in a great way. We got an awesome car. While waiting for our approval he checked in on us many times making sure we were alright and if we needed anything.
