Wasn’t pushy or the typical “car salesman” type. Felt like he was honest and genuinely trying to help me. They matched my pre-approved loan terms that I had with my bank. Again, the finance guy was very helpful and not pushy. Explained everything to me in easy-to-understand terms. Helped me make an informed decision. All around great service.

We just got a RAV4 hybrid on a lease. Never had a leased car before and Rory explained the lease program and at our age we wanted to give it a try. It gave us lower payments and in three years we can upgrade to a 2020, had to go with it. See Rory he can explain the program to you.

My husband and I met a sales consultant Rory Shaffer, who opened the door for us on our way in and politely asked us what we needed help with… We didn’t quite know what car we wanted but Rory took the time to sit us down and ask questions about what we were looking for.. He was able to narrow down the list of cars to a few that might be of interest to us. As we went to look at the cars, he pointed out all the features of the cars and pros/cons of the car. Within minutes, my husband and I found the car we wanted. Thanks to Rory for being patient and having good customer service skills! Just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Toyota Highlander with 50K on it from Rory Shaffer, and our closer was a charming man who goes by AJ. We were already totally predisposed to buying from Maplewood Toyota as we are the very happy owners of a 2009 Prius, and loved the Certified Pre-Owned selctions. Rory is a laid-back guy who enjoys the sales process and people, and he happened to grab a used Highlander with everything I wanted on it that had JUST come into the lot that morning! Not only did we feel very fortunate to be there at the right place and right time, we enjoyed the whole process – even the pitch for extended warranty from AJ! When you add in the fantastic service department and waiting room amenities it just gets that much better. Love the new/used car already!
